About Us

Larry and Ian moved separately to Spain 3 years ago, both having outdoor interests, they became firm friends. This led them to buying their first Quads to explore the local countryside covering over 10,000 km between them.
Larry has been involved with off roading for 30 years and became a 4WD and Quad instructor in the UK. He has organized and competed in off road events in UK and abroad. As a qualified quad instructor he has worked with  various manufacturers on corporate events and new quad launches. 
Ian’s sporting background was paragliding, canoeing, diving and skiing. These sports have taken him to many parts of the world.
 He and his wife Jayne bought a Cortijo that they converted into a Guest House (Casa Rural) running activity holidays. He bought a quad initially to search out suitable walking and cycling routes for Guests staying at the Casa Rural.
Ian and Larrys often took clients staying the guest house out on the quads.
Following on from this they purchased some more Quads and formed Cross Country Quads CCQ offering guided tours of the area.
