Tour Info

All CCQ tours start and finish from our base near Velez Rubio at 2900 ft asl. Full tuition is given on safe Quad usage. A Full EU or UK, Car or Motorbike, Driving licence is required. All of the Quads are automatic and fully maintained to high standards. The tours take in caminos (tracks), ramblas (dry river beds) with road use kept to an absolute minimum, they are chosen for maximum views, safe and enjoyable rides with stops for refreshments en route, tapas or meals at local hostelries depending on the tour taken.

Clothing

Helmets, Coveralls and Gloves and goggles are provided, however you are advised to dress warmly under the coveralls during the winter months as some of the tours ascend to over 4500 ft asl. During the summer period due to sun and wind burn sun block is essential and the wearing of the coveralls is strongly advised. Please wear stout footwear.

Passengers

Passengers can be carried on the tour guide Quads.

Tuition

Before each CCQ tour a full safety briefing is given, ensuring that you are completely familiar with the controls and capabilities of the Quad you are using. All CCQ tours start with a training session to ensure you understood the tuition and allow the tour guide to asses your capabilities. During the tour, the routes taken can be modified to ensure your maximum enjoyment.

Tours

The riders will have their own Quad. Refreshments are carried for stops on routes whilst taking in the Andalucian Mountains views. Back up is provided on all of our CCQ tours by our 4WD's in case there is an emergency.

Short Tours (Click Here For Photos)

Usually start at 1000 or 1600. Following issuing of protective clothing, familiarisation with the quad and training in safe quad usage the tour lasts approximately 2 hours. Free refreshments are provided. Please allow at least 3 hrs from start to finish.
Cost per rider is 70 Euros or as a passenger 35 Euros.

Half Day Tours (Click Here For Photos)

Usually start at 1000. Following issuing of protective clothing, familiarisation with the quad and training in safe quad usage a tour typically consists of a 2 hr out trip, a 1hr break for lunch and soft drinks at a local hostelry and a 2 hr return trip. Free en route refreshments and lunch are included in the price. Please allow at least 6 hrs from start to finish. Cost per rider is 120 Euros or as a passenger 60 Euros.

Full Day Tours (Click Here For Photos)

Usually start at 0900. Following issuing of protective clothing, familiarisation with the quad and training in safe quad usage a tour typically consists of  a 3 hr out trip, a 1hr break for lunch and soft drinks at a local hostelry, and a 4 hr return trip. Free en route refreshments and lunch are included in the price. Please allow at least 9 hrs from start to finish. Cost per rider is 190 Euros or as a passenger 95 Euros.

2 Day Tours

The two day tours comprise of a half day tour on the first day followed by a social evening with a 3 course meal or BBQ including wine, beer or soft drinks, where the days ride and routes for the second day can be discussed. Over night accommodation is provided at Las Persianas Azules.
After breakfast on the second day we are back on our quads for a full day tour including a stop at a hostelry for lunch and soft drinks.
Cost per rider is 340 Euros or as a passenger 215 Euros.

One Week Tours

The week tours include 5 full day tours starting and finishing from our base near Velez Rubio, with one free day. 7 nights Bed and Breakfast is included with Evening Meals or BBQ's including wine, beer or soft drinks for 6 nights.
As your experience builds up the daily tours can go further a field. Cost per rider is 1100 Euros or as a passenger 735 Euros.

A 20% deposit is required for a booking with the balance payable on arrival.
Car hire is available from the guest house.
